Description:
The manganese metal is smelted using a tilting type electric furnace. After the furnace is put out, add some lime to the bottom of the furnace. A small amount of high-silicon-manganese-silicon alloy is added to the lime. After the arc is introduced, the mixture of manganese-rich slag and lime is added. The melting process gradually adds manganese-silicon alloys to help melt and reduce slag basicity. After melting, all the Mn-Si alloys are added, and the silicon content is adjusted and qualified.

Application:
